When you pull into the Lakewood Ranch High School parking lot, friendly volunteers will be there to direct you to parking and point you in the right direction. The Connect Tent is the first thing you'll see — our welcome team will be waiting to greet you, help you get situated, and answer any questions you have. If you have kids, this is also where you'll check them in for Legacy Kids before heading into the service.
Our services run about 75 minutes and are designed to be engaging, relevant, and life-giving. We start with worship through live music — about 25 to 30 minutes of heartfelt, spirit-led worship that creates space for you to connect with God. That's followed by a practical, Bible-based message from Pastor Chad that's designed to meet you right where you are and equip you for the week ahead. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming — come as you are, whether that's jeans, shorts, or whatever you're comfortable in. There's no dress code and no pretense. Just real people gathering to encounter a real God.
Legacy Kids (ages 1-11) is available during every service. Your kids won't just be watched — they'll have their own worship experience with age-appropriate teaching, activities, and community designed just for them. Every Legacy Kids volunteer is background-checked, and we take the safety of your children seriously. It's a fun, engaging, and safe environment where your kids can begin to build their own relationship with God.
To make check-in faster on Sunday, you can pre-register your children below. Grab your child's sticker from a Legacy Kids worker at the tent, drop your kiddos off, get a free cup of coffee, and join us for worship. Pre-registration helps us prepare for your family, but walk-ins are always welcome — we'll never turn a child away.
We know visiting a new church can feel like a big step. Whether you're new to the area, exploring faith for the first time, or looking for a new church home, you'll find real people who are genuinely happy you're here. Legacy Church is a place where you can belong before you believe, ask honest questions, and be welcomed exactly as you are. We can't wait to meet you.
