Pastor Chad Spencer, originally from a ministry family in Big Flats, New York, answered the call to full-time ministry after three back-to-back mission trips in the Summer of 2011 ignited a flame on the inside of him.
Pastor Jade hails from East London, South Africa. Also from a ministry family, she encountered the Lord at 15 years old and knew she needed to use her gifts and love for teaching to serve Him in a full-time capacity.
They met in 2013 as first-year students at River University in Tampa, Florida. In 2015 they graduated, earned their Bachelors, and celebrated by getting married.
The past 8 years they spent in Upstate New York, beginning as young adults and outreach pastors, then serving as campus pastors of a thriving campus in the college town of Ithaca.
In 2022, the first words were written to pen the blueprint for Legacy Church — a church called by God to see the city of Bradenton saved and our great nation changed.
